Arwen showed up one day at a little country store seeming to be hungry and lost. She was quite friendly with the store staff and they built her a little shelter behind the store, fed her, loved on her and kept her safe. She started going for evening walks with them and their dogs, seeming to be very comfortable with dogs and enjoying herself. eventually, as always happens, she started getting larger and larger. They had forgotten one very important thing - to get this kitty spayed. So, with kittens on the way they reached out for a rescue to take in the upcoming family.

Arwen's kittens were born 3/25/21 and she has been an excellent mother. They are all listed for pre-adoption as well. the whole family with be spayed and neutered on 6/22/21. What better gift could there be than to go to a furever home straight from the vet, to recover in a safe and loving place?

Arwen may need some time to get used to no more kittens hanging around so may take a couple of weeks to relax and warm up to a new home. She is very friendly though and wants to be part of everything. Being dog-friendly is a plus. She should be well-matched with school-aged kids and older.

By her adoption date Arwen will have been spayed, dewormed and deflead, had her FVRCP and Rabies shots, tested for Felv/FIV and be microchipped.
