My name is Rascal. I am a 14 lbs., 13 yr. Shih Tzu. Although I am older, I am still active. I love sitting on laps, playing in the yard, sleeping with my Mama, and treats. I am UTD on my shots, micro-chipped, heart worm negative, and neutered. I am looking for a retirement home with someone who is home a lot to love on me.

I have trouble with my potty habits so wear a belly band. I will bring several with me when adopted. I came into rescue when my owner died. I have adjusted well to my foster home. I am okay with other dogs about my size. I am being fostered by Kathi in Cincinnati.
