Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is "Max". Max is a 5 year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi/Beagle Mix.
Poor Max. He has been rehomed 3 times already because of his owners moving. His second owner had him for 2 years and never took him to the veterinarian, never cut his nails and did not give the last owner any information. We had to get his information, but did not get much.
Max went to the veterinarian and he got his shots, tested negative for heartworm and got his nails cut.
He is a little overweight because he had nobody walking him.
Max would do well with someone who has just retired and would like to have a partner to walk with. Max would do better in a house with no cats and children have to be at least 6 years old.
Max just LOVES his foster Mother and, the longer he stays with her, he will not want to leave! He is a GREAT dog. He is very clean and he is not a barking dog. And he LOVES to ride in the car!
To adopt from us, it is a MUST that you have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by these adoption rules. Adoption fee is $300.00. Please email us at feline55keeper@gmail.com.
You can meet Max at Petco located at 201 Union Street in Waterbury on Saturday during our adoption hours from 12:00 to 3:00.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE STRESS THAT IN ORDER TO ADOPT FROM US, YOU MUST HAVE A VETERINARIAN REFERENCE...NO EXCEPTIONS!
