My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gizmo is a 2 year old, 15 pound, Beagle/Spaniel Mix (Breed is JUST A GUESS) .  Gizmo is an incredibly sweet and loving boy.  He wants to be by his foster mom's side at all time.  Gizmo has some separation anxiety, but his foster mom is working with him on this issue. If there are kids in Gizmo's home, they should be dog savvy kids 12 years and up.  Gizmo would do best in a calm household with someone who is at home a good portion of the day.  Gizmo needs another young dog who is playful confident dog in his forever home.  Gizmo enjoys daily walks and romping around his foster's fenced yard.  Gizmo is reactive to cars when on walks, but his foster is working with him on this issue.  Gizmo is not suited to apartment/condo living.  Since Gizmo is not fostered in a home with cats, we are not comfortable placing him in a home with cats.  Gizmo is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives and is microchipped.  The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter.

***Please note that our first step is submitting an application (it does not commit you in any way but allows us to discuss with you if you and the dog are a good fit).  In addition, an important step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.***
