Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buddy is a laid back, go with the flow, well-trained 11-year-old schnauzer/terrier mix. He is potty trained but would likely do best in a home that doesn’t have stairs, but DOES have a backyard. Buddy’s 20 lbs and pretty independent, so a doggy door is a big plus. If his leash is within reach, Buddy will pull it out to let you know he wants to go for a walk so that he can check out the neighborhood and stop to smell the roses (really, if there are roses he stops to smell them). Going on walks are the highlights of Buddy’s day even if he doesn’t always understand the purpose of them. He loves kisses on the top of his head, chicken, and just hanging out. Oh, and checking himself out in any reflection that he can find (Buddy’s one cute pup and he knows it). He dislikes when people touch his paws, running and barking. Even though Buddy is hard of hearing and doesn’t understand basic commands like sit and stay, he is an extremely well behaved dog.
Buddy doesn’t require much besides a safe place to live that will give him loads of love, food and lots of water. Treats too, please! Bacon & Cheese flavored Beggin’ Strips are his favorite.
