Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Layla is a 2 year old pittie mix. She is a very sweet, smart, and active girl who is VERY ready for her own family!
Layla came into foster care with a lot of fear and insecurity. We worked intensively with a trainer to help her realize that the world is not a scary place!
LAYLAS PROS⭐️
Trained by a professional
Impeccable household behaviors: no accidents, chewing, or barking and can be trusted alone without a crate (but can be crated)
Clicker trained
She knows sit, wait, shake, walk in heel, etc.
Layla is dog friendly and very playful (we would LOVE for her to have a pup sibling!)
Layla has passed initial cat tests, further testing required for cat homes
Done well in a foster home with middle aged children
Loves toys
Once she warms up to you she wants to be your best friend
Loves walks and would require several walks a day especially if placed in a home without other dogs
Obviously a total cutie
LAYLAS CONS⭐️
She takes doggie Prozac to help with her anxiety (we recommend that she stay on Prozac for at least three months once adopted, the prescription costs $15 a month and a one month supply with be provided when she finds her forever home)
Layla can be scared when she meets other dogs at first, likewise, Layla can be scared of people when she first meets them. With proper intros she does amazing!
Overall, she will need a family that is understanding that she still has some anxieties and will need a few weeks to settle in her new home.
Layla’s adoption fee will include a training session with her trainer in Missoula, Montana to help her new parents understand how to provide the best structure for her!
