Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stats about Georgia (Gigi):
I am already: Up to date with shots, house and crate-trained, good with strangers, and Easy to Groom. I like kids but I am strong and like to climb on my people so I should go to home with older kiddos. I would like to be the only pet in the home but I can live in the city or urban area. I am low to medium energy.
I will be: Spayed and microchipped prior to adoption.
Georgia's Story... Gigi was found wandering around the Philadelphia Airport area by a Good Samaritan. She hopped right into their car and went along with them. After searches and found reports were filed and no owner turned up she was taken to the Vet and the finder searched for a Rescue to take her in to find a forever home. Gigi was placed into a short term foster home until her longer term foster was found. Gigi absolutely loves people. She tries to meet everyone on a walk and loves getting pets and rubbies from new friends. Gigi currently lives in a foster home with 3 other dogs. Although she is tolerant of coexisting she becomes anxious when the other dogs are flying around the house, she would truly love having all the attention. Gigi is good with seeing other dogs on walks and can be redirected. She walks well on the leash but can pull when she something interesting. She often takes breaks on a walk to roll in the grass or even the city street. At home Gigi’s favorite activity is to Snuggle and relax but she also has a playful size. She enjoys doing whatever you are doing she is totally down with spending the day on the couch and going through an entire series on Netflix. She loves to be close to her people and even to sit on your lap even though she is not the size of a lap dog. She is sweet, affectionate, and enjoys playing with her toys. She goes right into her crate when asked and often goes in on her own but is also good when left loose. Gigi had a family at some point. She was good in weight, already knew sit, down and paw. She is treat motivated and loves to learn new cues. She has been bred at some point and has all the loving, sweet, snuggler qualities of the momma dogs. Her favorite toys are hard Nylabone chews, tennis balls, kongs and other toys where she has to work the treats out.
