My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miley is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down there, so she is willing to relocate for a good, loving, forever home.

A woman on a fixed income takes in several strays. All the females get pregnant and she ends up with a LOT of puppies. We took four of the puppies and the rest were taken by another rescue. We assume Lilac is a pup from the brindle mother and sister to Conan. We are really just making a wild guess as to her breed mixture. Miley was the smallest pup in the entire bunch. She is going on 4 months of age and weighs 20 pounds. We think she will grow up to be around 40 or 50 pounds. Miley is mostly brindle with small patches of white on her chest. Miley is a bit shy but very sweet, gentle, and playful. She loves treats, toys, and wrestling with her siblings. Miley is a puppy that must be trained and additional socialization is very important. Miley must be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure, fenced yard to run and play.

Miley is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been started on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Miley has a $500.00 adoption fee that includes ground transport via Mightly Mutt Shipping for pickup in White River Junction VT. She is being fostered in Texas and will not be sent north until after she is adopted.
