My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rosemary is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down there, so she is willing to relocate for a good, loving, forever home.

A woman on a fixed income takes in several strays. All the females get pregnant and she ends up with a LOT of puppies. We took four of the puppies and the rest were taken by another rescue. Rosemary is a puppy from one of the two shepherd mix females. She is going on 4 months of age and weighs 24 pounds. We think she will grow up to be around 50 or 60 pounds. Rosemary has a short mostly red coat with white on her chest and a black muzzle. Rosemary is more outgoing, rambunctious, and playful. She loves treats, toys, and wrestling with her siblings. Rosemary is a puppy that must be trained and additional socialization is very important. Rosemary must be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure, fenced yard to run and play.

Rosemary is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been started on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Rosemary has a $500.00 adoption fee that includes ground transport via Mightly Mutt Shipping for pickup in White River Junction VT. She is being fostered in Texas and will not be sent north until after she is adopted.
