Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NOT ACCEPTING ANYMORE APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME!
MEET PUPPY HUNTER LOCATED IN KNOXVILLE, TN!
HUNTER IS NINE-WEEKS OLD AS OF 5/16/2021
PUPPIES WILL NOT BE ADOPTED TO MILITARY AS PER THE DNA WE HAVE IN TO DATE. THEY HAVE WHAT THE MILITARY CONSIDERS A "DANGEROUS DOG BREED IN THEIR MIX". NO ACCEPTIONS. NOR LIVING IN AN APARTMENT.
Hunter is a playful happy boy and loves people and dogs to play with! he is very well adjusted and so far is exhibiting behavior that would make us say he is well rounded and would do well with being an only dog or with a furkid brother or sister. Hunter tends to play with one puppy at a time and we have never seen him joining in on a puppy pile. He is very sweet and GORGEOUS and looks like a Cocker Spaniel.
Hunter had a DNA done and he will be a medium large to large pup! We are pretty sure he has the same father as Pearl and there are larger breeds on the mutt side of dad but dad is mostly German Shepherd. Pearl came in as 49% Cocker Spaniel.
Please take note that we will not adopt to people with small children. These puppies are going to be big and they nip and are not yet respectful of personal space.
We will not adopt to a home where the puppy is going to spend hours alone. There are working breeds in the mix and we want the puppies to be set up for success with exercise, walks, adventures, love and someone around to help them thrive.
Please remember that dogs are a 13 year commitment and we do home visits, vet reference checks and track the puppy until all vetting is complete. They are not to be rehomed to anyone and must come back to the rescue and all contracts must be abided by. No exceptions!
