Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Chanel who is 2-years-old and weighs 8 lbs. She is being fostered near Georgetown, TX.
NO OUT-OF-STATE ADOPTIOND DUE TO COVID-19
Pupdate - Updated Bio/5/20 - Chanel has been with her foster family since 5/12 and has adjusted amazingly well. This baby can't get enough love and wants to be held, snuggled, be in your lap and practically sleep on you or your head at night. She has a very sweet disposition and gets along extremely well with other dogs. She hasn't been with any kitties or cats so that will have to be a mystery. Along the way she developed kennel cough and is on the road to feeling herself. She will be a little delayed in getting her dental and spay so she will be hanging out with her foster family for a while. She is a small girl at 8 lbs so small children wouldn't be a consideration for her new family. If you feel this is the perfect little girl please go to www.uyr.us and complete an application
Initial Bio 5/15/21. Meet Chanel. This little 2 year old 8 lb baby girl came to UYR on 5/11 after she was dumped in a shelter lobby in a duct taped cage with soiled blankets and toys. Owners dropped her in and ran so we had no information. She was feisty and scared at the shelter but we are so excited to see that the experience hasn’t changed this sweet lovable girl. She was vetted and got an A plus on her health so will be spay on 5/20 along with a dental. She came to her foster family on 5/14 and has just moved in like she has always been there. Her new family will be so lucky to have this adorable girl who is housebroken, loves to snuggle next to you on the sofa, sleep right next to you at night, gets along with other dogs, and is so calm and easy going. She loves being outside but she tries to find ways to get out of the fence and will run out front door and garages if given a chance so a home with secure fencing is going to be the safest for her. Applications with children under 12 can’t be considered for this little girl. If you have the ideal home for Chanel please go to our website and complete an application.
