My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daisy is a 1-2 year old stray who was taken in by a good samaritan who then called us.
Daisy is a cream 9lb Toy Poodle that has an apricot spot on her back

. We named her Daisy because she was lying down in the car when we picked her up and all four legs were splayed out of her body and looked like petals coming off the apricot spot in the center of a Daisy.
Daisy came with a hacked at hairdo that was not able to be fixed so we had to shave her down so her hair would grow back at one length. She has a beautiful candy floss coat that will be thick and stunning once grown back in.

She is gentle and sweet but loves to play and throw toys around. Totally potty trained with a sweet disposition.
Daisy has obviously been without food at some point and she loves breakfast and dinner time at her foster moms house and yelps with anticipation and delight, she cannot believe she gets fed twice a day with treats in between.

Daisy also needs some training so she can learn the usual commands. Daisy LOVES to run and is really fast, so a fenced in yard would be a preference for her. She likes other dogs her size and we would think it would be a match made in heaven if she had a sibling to run and play with.
Because Daisy is a little bigger we would consider homes with children over 8 years old but you must a a fully fenced in yard.. .

Poodles need to go to a professional groomer every 6-8 weeks at a cost of about $50, so please factor that into the costs associated with dog ownership.
