My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tinsley is a special needs kitty. Her patella (knee caps) on her back legs are on the opposite side they are supposed to be. So when she walks, it looks like her legs are on backwards. Our vet said it may be due to her having little movement after she was born - she never got much opportunity to stretch her legs and let them form properly. She doesn't seem affected by it. She gets around just fine. She will just need an adopter who is understanding that she is different and may always be. Our vet said she may move them enough to somewhat correct the issue or she may just be like this. We have her free-roaming in our cat room now so she can run around as she pleases. She is around 12 weeks old. She is the sweetest little thing, shy until she gets to know you. She hides from us volunteers but when we catch her, she is very loving and purrs and purrs. She has clearly not had a lot of human interaction.
She is up to date on shots however she is not big enough to be spayed yet so that is included in her adoption fee of $45. She would have to come back to us in a few months or be taken to one of our partnering clinics. The spay fee is included in her adoption fee.

Our shelter is open by appointment only. An adoption application is required prior to scheduling an appointment.
