Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Oscar he is believed to be a little over a 1-year-old lab shepherd mix. Oscar is looking for his own perfect forever home. He is an easy, happy, fun-loving sweet, active but not hyper, adventurous old soul. He enjoys an active lifestyle in the great outdoors. Mainly because he loves to join his people while discovering the world. He's done it all, hiking, swimming, trails, backpacking, cycling, fishing, and camping. Oscar loves community and family means everything to him. The bigger the better, kids too of all ages. Oscar has worked on basic obedience, agility training, and scent work, and loves brain games. He is great at it all. Just for fun tho! Anything fun activity as long as he is surrounded by those he loves, family, he is happy. Adopt Oscar today and find a true forever friend.
Oscar is house and crate trained, up to date on all core vaccines including lepto, 3-year rabies, dewormed, fecal tested negative, microchipped, neutered, and on monthly heartworm flea/tick prevention. Oscar comes with our AHS honor of life rescue support. We always have his back
Out-of-state adopters are welcome at the adopter's expense. We do NOT ship and meet and greet are required before adoption unless you are a previous adopter.
We believe training is an ongoing process that needs to be worked on daily. New issues and opportunities arise daily that have to be addressed and or rewarded. Continued training is a lifetime commitment.
