Additional info:

Daisy was found by a good Samaritan after being hit by a car; she was badly injured and had to have surgery to repair a broken pelvis. We tried to find her owners with no luck and now after months of vet appts and care, she is ready to find a forever home!

Daisy is a clingy little girl that loves her person. She is a sweetheart who loves to cuddle and go on long walks. She can be a little protective at times especially when other dogs are around. She truly is a little princess so needs to be in a home as the only pet. She can be wary of new people so it’s important anyone new go slow with her and allow her time to open up. Because she is fearful, she can be nippy at times so older kids are ok but no young kids.

She would also prefer to be in a home that does not have too many visitors. Because her injuries when she was hit by a car were so severe, she wears a boot on her back leg that she will need to use for life to help keep her little leg stable. This does not slow her down however, so she is open for long walks and lots of zoomies if you have a yard.
