Cellie is a cuddly girl who likes to be with you. Perhaps her favorite place to lounge is on the back of a padded chair or couch - right by your neck. That way she can nuzzle your head as you read or watch tv. Cellie is talkative and is always upbeat and cheerful. She is used to other cats, but is a bit unsure of dogs.
