Ladies and gents, meet Aspen. 3-4 years old, weighing in at 42 lbs. She is a beautiful Husky mix.
I’ve been writing these profiles for a year a so and each time I fall in love with dogs a little bit more and question the action of humans a little more too.
This girl’s resilience has to be seen to be believed. She was shot and this has resulted in her leg being amputated.
But you know what.... Aspen just adores people, she is super easy going, chilled out and just happy to be part of pack.
She’s good with older children and enjoys other respectful dogs. She loves yard time, walks and is only to happy to show her ‘true to breed’ running in circles 😂 Breed experience would be a real advantage to Aspen living her best life.
Determined to come back better than ever, Aspen is already potty, crate, leash and dog door trained. She knows basic commands and is only to happy to please.
Aspen is a warrior. She is beautiful inside and out and is gaining back her strength each day. She just needs a loving family to complete her.
