Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Coco arrived here after her owner surrendered her to a shelter. She is diabetic and so it will take a special family to take her in.
Coco is only 6 years old. She is a very sweet dog who loves people and enjoys petting and getting belly rubs. She does good with other dogs.. She had cataracts when she arrived due to her diabetes but she had the surgery done and can see now. This has made a big difference with her personality. She is playful and fun with her foster parents and the other dogs in the home.
She does need insulin injections twice a day. She is doing really well on her dosage.
She wouldn't be good with younger children because I think they will scare her. She would be great with a couple where one or both people are home most of the day. She is a lap dog and very sweet.
If interested in Coco our application can be found at www.homesfurhounds.com. She is located in Williamsburg.
