My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mama Lucy is a sweet gentle girl who spent her life on a chain before we rescued her. She is dreaming of being an inside dog with a fluffy bed and humans to love, just as she has always deserved. She does well with everyone she meets but would prefer to be the only dog. She is currently working on leash training. Mama Lucy was born in 2014 and is located at the rescue.

Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, and spayed or neutered- if not already, a voucher is provided.

More about this rescue

We are a 501c organization that saves pets from high kill shelters, off the streets and also accept pets as owner surrenders so they do not have to step a foot in the shelters. We believe all animals deserve a good life and we strive to give them one! We give them any medical attention they may need, including spay/neuters, a microchip and vaccinations and find them a forever home.
