My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Phyllis, and I`m a new addition to Pawmetto Lifeline. My adoption fee of $25 includes my spay surgery, deworming, microchip, and up-to-date vaccinations. Medications and annual checkups will be discounted for Phyllis - for life.

Phyllis is a darling girl with a special heartbeat – just for you! Phyllis has been diagnosed with a heart murmur caused by a hole in her heart. Are you the missing piece to Phyllis’s heart?

While she runs, plays and acts just like any other kitten, her life expectancy may not be quite as long as others. Our advanced on-site medical team is ready to show you how to monitor her heart rate and breathing before you take her home. Medications will be provided at a discount to her adopter as well as her annual check ups!
While Phyllis’s outcome is somewhat unknown, one thing is for certain – Phyllis lives life to the fullest! She is super friendly, sweet and playful. She can scale the tallest cat trees and chase the fastest feathers and balls. She even loves making friends with other kitties!

Phyllis just wants the chance to live her best life with a loving family! We are seeking that special someone to give Phyllis an amazing life.

Phyllis qualifies for the priority pet program, making her adoption fee discounted and all related medical care for life discounted.

If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

More about this rescue

Pawmetto Lifeline, formerly Project Pet, was founded in 1999. Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life. We continue to strive toward the goal of a no-kill community and state through adoption, pet retention, rescue partnerships, and medical services.
