Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hercules and Toby are an adorable pair of three-year-old, best friend male guinea pigs looking for loving guardian together.
Hercules is a chocolate Abyssinian and Toby is calico smooth coat. These boys are chubby, happy best friends who enjoy their life together. They melt when you hold them in your arms; they are very calm and sweet.
They make adorable squeals, chirps, squeaks and purring noises-especially when they hear their food coming, or hears other the guinea pigs singing.
Guinea pigs eat a diet of unlimited Timothy and orchard hays, limited pellets, and fresh vegetables including romaine, red leaf and green leaf lettuces, cilantro, parsley, red peppers, tomatoes, carrots with tops, etc. Please read up on guinea pig care and diet before adopting by visiting http://www.guinealynx.info/
These boys would love a home with people who interact with them daily, keep them well fed, and keep their habitat nice and clean.
If you’re interested in meeting and possibly adopting Toby and Hercules please fill in the adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/guinea-pig-adoption-application/ and follow up to make an appointment to meet and adopt them by e-mailing friendsofpetraits@gmail.com
They are being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
Their adoption fee of $60 each benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. For an additional $75, we’ll include a everything you need to care for them including a large cage, pellets, litter, hay, hidey hut and water bottle. All you need to buy is fresh greens!
