My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gunner was found wandering the streets of Detroit. We believe that is about 1 years old and unfortunately has been tested positive for Heartworms. We are looking for a foster to adopt home that understands he is going through the process of becoming heartworm free so he can live the rest of his life happy and healthy. He is a very sweet boy whose smile and puppy-dog eyes will melt your heart. He is housebroken, eager to learn, and will be a fun playful pup once he is done with his treatment. He loves his human and will be just fine cuddling with you all day. He knows “sit” and is enthusiastically learning more tricks and obedience. He will need a home that will continue working on these with him. He loves frozen peanut butter kongs and is a master at fetch (once he is allowed to play again).
