My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mitzi Jean is approx 2 yrs old and 35 lbs, she is a very sweet dog that had a rough start and was found wandering the streets, we have no idea of her breed mix, she looks like a terrier mix she has a very pretty colored coat, she is a little on the timid side and shy, her foster said she likes to pick up her food bowl and take it outside to eat, she could do with some leash/harness training, she can be a little jumpy on a leash, she is pretty well house trained and loves curling up on a big doggie bed,she gets along with the other dogs and will find a friend to play with when feeling playful, she loves treats and is overall a very sweet girl . She would like a fully fenced yard and is not appropriate for an apartment

We treated her for heartworm disease and she has now been treated - she should test negative within 4-6 months of her treatment ending.
