Introducing Blaze!!! 🔥 This very chill 5 year old cutie walked up the front steps of someone’s work begging for help...his eyes were nearly crusted shut with mange, he was sick and emaciated. With some meds and tlc he was nursed back to health and turns out he is friendly! His behavior leads us to believe he was definitely abused before he came to me as certain normal movements scare him and he runs and hides. He will need a *patient* adopter who can go slow and be extra careful with petting him and teaching him that not all humans are bad but he loves to be petted and loves belly rubs once you've gained his trust! Toys are still new but we are trying to learn to play. He is fully vetted, FIV/FeLV negative and the brief encounter he had with a colony cat at their work and one of their cats was uneventful so with a proper introduction he should do fine with another cat. Blaze does prefer to be the center of your attention or with another really chill kitty.
