My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Paprika is a puppy, breed is border collie, good with dogs, she will be a small dog, shes black and white. I will send photos in a separate email.
Please note that we are a TX based rescue. We transport our dogs once they have been adopted. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. Our application can be found at haydudeequine.org
I am a 4 month old, 7 pound Miniature Smooth Coated Border Collie. My Mama weighs in at a hefty 22 pounds, so I will most likely be around that same weight when I is fully growed.
True to my breed, I can be a little shy upon meeting new hoomans, but warm up very quickly with a couple of belly scritches...AWWWWW...I do love my belly scritches!!
I am playful and get along well with all other doggies. Never been around cats, so not so sure on that account!!
Because I am a small girl and slightly cautious around hoomans, a quiet household without young, running and screaming kiddos would be best. An adult household or home with older children would be best.
I am submissive, easygoing, sweet, kind, loyal, and lovable. I just need a little time to get used to my new surroundings and routine.
My siblings and I came from a hoarding case, where there were many puppies and adults needing homes. I had very limited human interaction for the first 12 weeks of my life. I am making up for lost time, and will need a patient and loving human to continue socializing me.
