Meet Ivy~

Hi everyone - my name is Ivy and I’m a 3 year-old lab mix. I’m pretty quiet most of the time and like to sit back and watch the room. I wasn’t raised with a lot of exposure to people, so I’m a little slow to warm up - but once I decide you can be trusted, I’m a complete love bug who likes to cuddle and follow you around.

One of my favorite things to do is chew on antlers. My foster brother and I play a game to see who can collect all the antlers in the house - I usually win because I hide them in my crate.

I also really like to go on walks - when I first came to my foster home I’d never walked on a leash, but it only took me a day to figure it out. So far I’ve liked all the other dogs I’ve met, but I do prefer dogs that give me a little space. I’m also figuring out what children are - they look like small adults, but they move a little quicker and are a little louder. Loud noises tend to scare me a little, so I would probably do best in a quieter home with older children.
