My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack was an emergency "Medical Rescue Only" from a local shelter and Chloe’s Pet Rescue (CPR) immediately got a volunteer to drive to the shelter and pick up Jack.

The staff at the shelter noticed Jack did everything he could not to put any weight on his back legs and once they took x-rays, they understood why. The results of the radiographs: fractures to the right side of the pelvis.

On February 11, 2021, Jack underwent the surgery to repair the break . He has recovered and is walking and putting more and more weight on his back legs. We expect him to be able to enjoy a long and full life of running and walking with his new family.

Jack is a small five pound Chihuahua. He plays with other dogs and loves to snuggle with his Foster Mom. He is looking for his "furever" home and is hoping you will be that family.
