My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adoption Fee: $375.00

Annie has an angel!!  Her name is Marilyn Morse.  SCMR thanks you so much and so does Annie Bianca!!

This little 'wild thang' is still very much a puppy although she is 3.5 years old! How 'bout that sneaky look? That's why she's also known as Stinkerbelle! But she's very loving and loves to play with toys and bite your toes, and she is pretty well pee pad trained!

She is a very small toy poodle at around 7.5 pounds because of a liver shunt.

Annie had her liver shunt surgery on the July 22nd and is doing very well. The surgery appears to be successful so far but we won't know for sure until she has a bile acids test and another scintigraphy in 3 months. She is healing nicely and back to demanding that her foster brothers and sisters to play with her!

We would appreciate donations to build a surgery fund for her. Plus, her special diet is quite expensive, and we could use some help with that too. She is on Royal Canin Hepatic canned food and only gets 4 meals out of each can.

Anyone who would like to adopt her when she is ready and would be willing to contribute $2000.00-$3000.00 toward her surgery would go to the head of the line of adopters and get first option. Her surgery cost was $4000.00. That does not include the scintigraphy test she needs and any other treatment. Right now she is in Chattanooga getting fattened up! She may be relocated to Gainesville, FL, to be near the University of FL.
