Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Available for adoption in Ohio
Nim, Nimitz, is a 7 1/2 month old Aussie/coon mix who was surrendered due to a child's illness. He is a bundle of adorable energy who loves everyone and weighs 31 lbs. .
He is housebroken, neutered and on preventatives. He knows sit, and is learning off. He is very smart and when you can get him to sit still, is learning more everyday. He is great with kids, other dogs and loves to play. Nim loves to give kisses and get belly rubs.
He will sit for his meals and has recently been given full freedom in the house at night. He sleeps under his foster parents' bed and follows his big foster fur brother around everywhere. He can be a bit dominant, but his foster brothers are pretty passive. He corrects well with a stern voice and will walk on a leash with a puppy's energy.
He does not shed like a typical Aussie, but has a soft dense coat. He is learning about baths, but is very scared in the tub.
Oh, and he loves to play fetch with a ball or a frisbee and will even bring it back and drop it.
