Meet Furey!
Named after Nick Fury (from the Avengers) because of the scar above his eye, but not nearly as tough and intimidating!!
He instantly purrs upon seeing his people, and his purrs are no joke!! Furey loves pets and sweet talking, but also loves TOYS! He'll entertain himself with them for hours and seems to really love discovering all the new types and sounds of cat toys.
Furey was found living on the streets after someone most likely dumped him there. It's possible he was just badly beaten up by other cats (he is very submissive and sometimes scared of other cats who come on too strong) but may have even climbed up in a car engine at some point to warm up over winter because he came to us with a lot of nasty scars. It's heartbreaking, but he's already so grateful and happy to be safe and sound in his new foster home.
He may look rough around the edges, but Furey is ready to be someone's best friend again. He's doing great with his new foster sister, and would probably be okay around a calm dog.
