My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

y brother Moose and I were a tiny bit naughty and dug out of the fence at our former home. The dog catcher picked us up and reunited us because of our microchips but our family said no thank you, you can have them. Say what? We weren’t THAT naughty! Well, we’re told we’ll find better homes who deserve sweet dogs like us.

I am 3 years old and I like people very much, but I do NOT love those furry feline creatures. My foster mom says I am “dog selective” because I don’t want to be friends with every dog I meet (only the nice ones, I told her).

If you are a nice family who doesn’t mind having just one dog (me!) to soak up all your loving, and you don’t go to dog parks or family gatherings with lots of dogs, then maybe I’m your girl. I weigh about 56 lbs so I am the perfect medium size, and I have awesome coloring, don’t you think? My southern rescue mama thinks I am an Australian Kelpie/lab mix but whatever those are, I am 100% cuteness

If you have interest in meeting Molly or any of our cuties, please fill out the adoption application.

*Please note: we do not have a physical facility where the dogs are housed; they are cared for in our wonderful foster network throughout Maine. It is our expectation that, once approved, a potential family will meet the dog(s) in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved*
