My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rico and Huey! They lived with their human dad until he passed away a bit ago. Since they’ve been vetted, cleaned up a little, and given a dental. They’re now looking for their furever home together!

Rico is a 10 year old cairn terrier and huey is an 8 year old Maltese. They have been together since Huey was 8 weeks old. They are bonded, and must remain together.

Rico is gentle and independent, so he might not always come when he’s called to show how he likes to make his own choices.

Huey is a silly boy that always wants to be the center of attention, and he will usually come every time he’s called to get more.

Both of these boys are potty trained, and they love short walks around the neighborhood.

They need time to warm up to other dogs and do not seem to like high-energy dogs, like puppies, but they have befriended other dogs that are calm and friendly.

As older dogs, they need some extra care with softer diets and regular vet visits. They are very spirited for their age, but Rico has a bit of arthritis in his front paws and can show aches in his walk at times.

These boys come fully vetted with both being microchipped, up to date on shots and preventatives, as well as recent dentals.
