Mr. Wilbur is all things good in the world. Even though he is deaf he knows hand signals and lives life without a care in the world. He never meets a stranger. He does like to wonder so a fenced yard is a must. We also feel he needs a doggy brother or sister to keep him company and show him the ropes. He is such a sweet pup and deserves his very own family.
