Hello!

My name is Sawyer. I’m currently spending my days at Cat House Mac until I find my forever family.

My favorite thing to do at the shelter is lay in a cozy bed and cuddle my best friend Heidi. She’s a great friend. I also like to walk around the shelter and greet the other cats. A lot of the time I comfort the newer cats that come into the shelter. I let them know it’s okay & that they’re in good hands here at Cat House Mac. The shelter staff says I’m the emotional support animal for the other cats in the shelter. Oh! I also LOVE tummy rubs. I will let you know when I’m done getting pets (which is never! I love pets too much.) Anyways, I hope I can meet you guys soon!

The McPherson County Humane Society (now Cat House McPherson) was founded in 1979. We promote animal welfare and work hard to prevent animal abuse and/or neglect. We constantly stress the need and benefit of having all pets spayed or neutered! We are proud to have a stellar reputation of cleanliness and calmness at our cat shelter, which comfortably houses around 75 cats at any given time. Every one of our cats is tested, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered (age appropriate) before leaving our shelter.
