Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you want to be considered, leave a phone number for an initial phone interview. We start our adoption process with a phone interview so no phone number means you will not be considered. After the phone interview has been completed you will be emailed an application.
THEO BIO:
Theodore (AKA THEO) is a 4 year old male chihuahua. Born 3/24/17, he has been with the same owner since birth. His mama loves him deeply but her very serious health issues do not allow her to care for him any longer. He is a sweet loving beautiful boy and will take time to bond with a new owner. He is not a fit for small children, under 7rs old. Like most Chi’s he will nip if played with roughly. He is fine with older kids who are familiar with dogs. Theo gets along with most dogs but large dogs are a concern. Primarily because he is so small, 6-7 lbs., his current mom would prefer no large dogs that could possible heart him. Theo loves hanging out in his back yard and needs a home fenced yard. He is crate trained and ignores cats for the most part.
His mama says, “He’s the best friend anyone could ever have. He’s having behavioral problems only because of my illness and watching me suffer. I would like to free him of that and make sure he has a loving home.” This is a heart breaking situation for his owner and Theo, as he is very attached to his mama and will need a lot of love and consistency to get through his re-homing transition. If you can provide a new loving home for Theo, please inquire. Our rescue is ran by volunteers and we will respond as soon as possible. Again, no phone number for the initial phone interview, we will not respond to your inquiry. Sorry just too busy and not enough man power. Best of luck in the search for your fur-ever friend.
