Hi my name is Carys! I came in with four other dogs on Valentine’s Day weekend, but it took me a bit longer to be ready for adoption. You see, I had heartworm disease and really bad teeth, but I have since had several bad teeth pulled, a full dental and have been treated for the heartworm. I feel so much better! It may look like I am squinting I’m my pictures, but it is because I have one blue eye! I am really a beautiful girl, inside and out. I am a stage one clinger and love to be attached to you at the hip. I love, love, LOVE people and am thoroughly enjoying my time here in rescue as a member of a family. I do great with all the other dogs and even love cats! Why be picky when you can spread the love to everyone? I love to snuggle up and am good in my crate at night. I may not have many teeth, but I eat just fine and take treats gently. I am ready for a loving, active family!
ADOPTION FEE: $200 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained).
A $100 hold fee is required for approved applications and will be applied to the full adoption fee at the time of the home visit.

INQUIRIES: ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25. We prefer male/female dog pairings unless both already reside in the home.

PLEASE NOTE: We are volunteer based and a home visit is required; we have a two-hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions for our ADULT dogs only, though rare, may be made on a case-by-case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!
