My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diamond has been failed so many times by humans. Yet loves them with every bit of her being. The first picture is her transformation from the day we seized her with the sheriffs dept to the day I adopted her out 7 yrs ago.
I failed her too. I didn't find her forever home. 7 years later I get the call she's in the shelter again. Of course we went and got her.
Diamond is now 8 to 9 years old and would do better as a only dog or paired with a easy going male. That makes her extremely hard to place.
To meet her is to love her. She's so full of life. She's so happy to just exist. She's so grateful to have escaped euthanasia twice.
She doesn't deserve to live her life out here in rescue. I failed her once I will never fail her again. I'm making it my mission in life to get this amazing golden girl her happy ever after.
Diamond is housebroken and doesn't tear anything up. She does pull on the leash and has a high prey drive so a fenced in yard is preferred. Diamond is good with kids. She's not dog aggressive but will not back down from a fight or tolerate any dominance or aggression (even play) from another dog. So we would prefer to adopt her as a only dog. Absolutely no cats.
