Mack is a one year old meatball of a dog ready to hog your couch and play tea with your kids. This guy is 47 solid pounds of doggy goodness. He is doing great in foster care- going potty outside, getting along with the other dogs in the home, and adores his little kid friends but since he is built like an enthusiastic tank he would be best in a home with older kids or sturdy kids that don't mind getting knocked over on occasion. Mack walks well on leash but is strong and low to the ground so walking him on a harness is really the way to go. Mack will chase a cat or other small critter so a home with a fenced yard would be preferable to avoid any big, unplanned adventures. He is working on mastering basic commands like “sit” and “down” with his foster mom (see video) and is generally just a happy go lucky kind of guy. If we had to describe him in one word it would be goofball. As if that all wasn’t impressive enough...have you seen his ears? If there were “best ears” prizes he would wipe the floor with the competition. This guy is just the best.

If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 12pm-2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
