My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bixy is chatty when approached, and becomes cautious when she hears sudden noises and voices and may retreat. We think she’s around 5-6 years old. She wants to feel safe; once sounds or voices subside, she comes back out and wants to be pet. Once she trusts you, she’s very affectionate.

She loves firm headbutts and a good meal. Would benefit from a patient owner and a peaceful environment. She likes her own space and may do best as the only cat in the home where she can be a little spoiled.

Will hide at first, may be best kept in large crate and gradually introduced to the rest of the home. She also has a funny tendency to steal socks.

She's had a full vet checkup and is in good health as far as we know. She came to us when her original owners had to go into assisted living.
