My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

* Currently in TX *

Andrea is about 3.5 years old, 50 lbs and is looking for her forever home in the Houston area. She had double FHO surgery but is doing great! She need an active home and loves water!!!! Andrea is not a fan of cats and needs to meet other dogs first to see if they will get along. She is house trained and highly affectionate!

Andrea is incredibly sweet, loving and is looking to find her family! She has been great with kids. Andrea has a limp and has trouble with stairs.

Andrea and her puppies were found on the side of the road. Andrea and her pup David had been struck by a car. Both have recovered but Andrea limps from this injury. Andrea and her pups were taken in by our rescue and cared for by our amazing fosters.

If you are interested in Andrea, please fill out the application and we will be in touch! The transport fee is an additional $225.
Please note: We are unable to adopt to MA or RI residents at this time

Please submit an application instead of sending an inquiry even if you just have questions. Sending an inquiry will slow down the process, limit the ways that we can contact you and may send our reply email to your spam folder. Another application could be processed instead of yours for this dog.

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, Adopt a Pet and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue and veterinary care of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.

Ready to Adopt? The next step is to fill out our Adoption Application. A volunteer will contact you to review your application and see if your family might be the right match.
