Update : Babe is settling in well to her foster home and recently attended her first basic obedience class to work on her leash manners. Babe can get excited when she sees other dogs, especially if they are barking at her, but is learning to walk nicely past them without responding :-) Babe loves people, water and her toys.......although she does play a bit rough with them from time to time !
She is not fostered in a home with no children so we recommend her for children over 12 only as she can get a little possessive of her favorite treats !
Beautiful "Babe"........this affectionate gal just recently arrived to an ASR Foster home and is recuperating from her spay and a few days in a local shelter . We know this girl is very affectionate but being in a shelter can be very hard on some dogs.......and Babe was understandably nervous there.
As with all newly arriving dogs at ASR, we think 2 weeks to decompress allows them time to start to relax--and feel safe--and then we can begin to see his/her true personality .
Updates and new photos will be posted asap.
