In the past we have adopted dogs out to people living in condos or apartments, but we cannot make that exception for Milky. More details below)

**Sweetheart Alert**
Hi, I’m Milky & I have travelled all the way from the streets of India just to be adopted by you! I will be sure to win over your heart with my smile. I wrinkle up my snout and show a nice toothy grin & you will fall in love. That’s how it works, no exceptions. I am very affectionate and love getting rubs & will repay you in kisses. I know my name and I know commands like “no”, “sit”, and “down”. The best thing about me is that I love humans if I'm introduced to them properly and I absolutely love my family to death, especially my foster dad. I'm a daddy's girl and he says I'm a sweetheart! I wake up giving kisses and I go to sleep giving kisses. When I want some hooman love, I will walk over to you and wag my tail! I haven't spent much time around children except the kids I meet when I go on walks, but I love them too!
I enjoy playing with toys, especially rope toys! I would love to run around in a backyard and play fetch too. I am completely house trained, and at night I sleep in a crate in the kitchen/living room, while my foster parents sleep upstairs. I also eat my meals in my crate so am perfectly happy to go in. If you get me to like the crate just like my foster parents did, I should be fine if left for a few hours in there.
I may need some help outside. I walk OK on a leash, but I am reactive around most dogs. I do not like getting near other dogs while on walks. My foster parents are helping me learn how to relax through positive reinforcement (sit and treat when we see other dogs) and you might have to help me continue that training. I will most likely need some help of a professional trainer for a few times. Strange sounds such as trucks beeping outside, cars zooming by too fast and skateboards going by on the sidewalk will catch my attention for sure. That's why I need a family who is patient with me on walks and outside triggers. In return, I promise to repay you with unconditional love! I am looking for a family who will cuddle with me and have time to play with me so that I can use up all my energy. I would love to have a backyard space just dedicated to me. A peaceful backyard (without other dogs), where I can find my ZEN.
