Hi I'm Jasper!! I was born with Spina Bifida and I can't control my potty so I will have to wear a diaper while inside my whole life. But don't think that stops be from doing anything fun. I love playing with my foster brother and I would definitely want to have a sibling in my forever home. I am also such a good boy for my diaper changes and even asked to be changed. Would you be interested in adopting me? Please apply!
