Turtle Trax is named after the peanut butter and fudge ice cream due to her beautiful calico markings, and she is just as sweet as that dessert! She is very much a lap cat, happy to sit with her people for hours. Turtle would rather cuddle or nap than explore, unless there is a plate of people food left unattended that needs to be sampled. She loves any toy with a feather and will play by herself for a little, but really shines when you interact with her. If you wear something fuzzy, she will knead that dough!

While she likes being petted and getting affection, especially under the chin, she will swat your hand away when she’s had enough and you don’t take the hint or if you try to rub her belly.

While Turtle can peacefully coexist in a house with other cats, she is fairly ambivalent towards them. She would likely do well as an only cat or with other cats as long as they leave her alone.

Turtle Trax was an owner surrender due to too many animals in the house.

Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with Home Again microchips with rescue paid registration.
