Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Woof woof! My name is Hugo (Shiba Inu Boy). I am only 7.5 months old and weigh 6 kg. I am one of the 45 dogs rescued from an illegal puppy mill in Chuncheon, South Korea. You can read more about our rescue story in the NEWS section.
I am currently being fostered in Seoul, Korea, and my foster mom is teaching me new things on a daily basis. I am fully vetted and neutered. My temperament is excellent and I get along great with kids and other furry friends. I love playing fetch and really enjoy long walks. I can be a bit shy at first but please give me some time to open up to you.
I prefer a household with no senior dogs because remember, I’m a Shiba Inu. I am looking for a pet parent who loves the outdoors and loves going for a hike on the weekends. I also prefer a pet parent who will be working from home even after the pandemic comes to an end as I suffer minor separation anxiety. Since I’m used to being surrounded by people, I hate being alone in the house.
Should you be interested in adopting me as your new family member, please fill out our adoption application on our site to be considered as potential adopters. We highly encourage you to read our FAQs page on our site.
PLEASE NOTE: All of our recently rescued dogs are currently fostered in Seoul, Korea by our volunteers. Our adoption process may be stricter than any other rescue organization as these rescued dogs are traveling over 5500 miles to be with their new permanent family.
You must be at least 25 years old to be considered an overseas adopter. For serious inquiries only. Please note, we monitor all pets after adoption. We prefer adopters that are active on any of the social media accounts. Thank you!
