My name is Elinor. I’m a lively 17 year female who is not letting age stop me from being comfortable! I was an only pet for 16 years, and would prefer that I receive all the love and attention in my new home as well. (I do get possessive of my human’s love). I’ve had a few teeth removed, so I am being spoiled with an all wet food diet. I’m vocal when I would like more food in my bowl in between breakfast and dinner, (I’m not a young un and won’t make you guess .) I love to perch on my standing bed and nap inside its cubby, or really anything comfy with a view. That makes me the happiest lady ever. I love affection, head rubs and neck scratches -- bring out a brush and I’m all yours! I’m not particularly comfortable being picked up for very long; but I will rub all over your legs and arms to remind you to love on me. Please consider giving an older lady the opportunity to be your ride-or-die.
Elinor is looking for a home where she is the only pet. Cat savvy kids are probably ok. Elinor may have some hearing loss, and is startled from sleep if touched before waking. All animals are already spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLV tested negative, micro-chipped, de-wormed and have all necessary shots. They are ready to go to a loving home. Adoption fee is $125.00.
