TLC Animal Refuge is a foster-based, volunteer-driven, not for profit, program. We do not have a brick and mortar facility with specified open hours, so any requested meet n greet (or pick up) will only be arranged after an application has been received, reviewed and approved.

This girl is amazingly affectionate! An adult who isn't too set in her ways; loves to be picked up and held. Super friendly and just wants to be loved. What's wrong with her than? Why is she 6 years old and in a rescue? Well, someone didn't love her enough.

Ms Winston has tested positive for FIV - included here is a link to Cornell University's School of Veterinary Medicine if you'd like to read up on it and consider giving her a forever loving home. Ms. Winston is in a healthy state and just wants a family to call her own!

Ms WInston is spayed; up-to-date on vaccines; has tested negative for FELV, her deworming is up to date as is monthly flea/tick preventative; and she has been microchipped. Her adoption fee is $85.00.
