We’d like to introduce Louise to our rescue!! She’s a tiny girl with a huge personality. Louise is 3-4 years old, weighing in at 4.1 lbs. Louise has had recent dental cleaning, spayed, blood panel and deworming.

She loves to play fetch, snuggle, sunbathing, likes most people she meets. She does well on a leash, loves treats, and follows her foster mom everywhere.

She came to us with an upper respiratory infection that she has recovered from. She will receive her vaccines when we’re sure she’s strong enough to receive them. She will be microchipped at that same time.

As much as our group recommends having animals in pairs (or more), Louise does NOT get along with other animals. If attention is given to any other pet in her presence, she will react in a jealous way, regardless of breed or size of another animal.

Louise does prefer to potty outside but will require someone taking her out every 3-4 hours to prevent in-house accidents. We have pee pads but she hasn’t yet learned to use them. She will also need a constant companion while being outdoors. She is very small and can easily be picked up by a hawk or other predator.

Louise would do best in a home with adults and older children.
