My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jazzy is a beautiful and loving girl! She is 2 years old, and loves to be brushed and petted. Jazzy is a bit shy at first, and will do best in a home with someone who has had cats before. She would be ok in a home with children over age 10, as long as it’s a quiet home. (She can be scared by loud noises) Jazzy would not be happy in a busy house or with a dog.

Please come see her and the other cats that are available at the PetSmart store in the District Shopping Center/Tustin. She would do best in a quiet home with an experienced cat owner. Adoptions are by Appointment Only at this time.

You can get pre-approved for your adoption! Just visit our website and submit your application online: http://www.oc-arc.com/adoptions/how-to-adopt/

When you choose to adopt one of OCARC's animals, the adoption donation is $175. Each of our cats and kittens has been:

- Spayed or neutered
- Tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia)
- Tested for FIV (Feline Aids)
- De-flead (topical Revolution or Advantage)
- De-wormed (tape and round worms)
- Given their first FVRCP vaccination.

We keep all our kitties current on their FVRCP vaccines so depending on the age of the kitty when you adopt him or her and how long we've had the kitty, the vaccine series may be complete. If not, you as the adopter will be responsible for any further vaccinations in the series.

- Rabies Vaccination when age appropriate

These services would usually cost more than $500. Of course, an adoption donation of more than $175 is always welcome, since we often provide additional medical care such as x-rays, blood panels, treatment for ears, eyes, upper respiratory infections and viruses.
