Say hello to Margie, the friendliest little survivor you’ll ever meet. She LOVES car rides and is the best leash-walker. Margie is full of life, is happy to play with her toys when her humans are busy, and she can’t get enough loving and belly rubs from humans.

Margie was abandoned by her previous owners after becoming sick; near starvation, anemic, suffering from an HWs & enlarged heart, riddled with parasites and an infection in her spine that impacted her ability to walk. Today, Margie is happy and healthy! However, she has been abandoned a second time, this time by her foster

She needs a committed home with zero other animals. She loves her humans, but her confidence is very low and puts her in an uncomfortable position around other dogs.

She does communicate, she does not attack, but with a dog that doesn't accept communication well this would become an issue. We don't want to put her in an uncomfortable position.

Margie is ready to be someone’s best friend, co-pilot, and constant cuddly companion. She just needs a home that will be patient with her and allow her to continue to build that confidence she needs to be successful.
